Animals UK Updates

From time to time we will provide Animals UK updates here. These are free of charge to existing users and will range from simple ammendments to the existing content to complete new species or interactive exercises intended for the next version. Each update will comprise one or more image and/or text format files only. The update process does not install any executables or system files on on your machine or change any of your system settings.

Updates currently available:

• Update 01. For version 1.x. Two new species - Darter Dragonfly and Whirlygig beetle.
• Update 02. For version 2.x. Principally for users with Windows Vista. The format of the main help file available from the Help menu will not work in Windows Vista. This update puts an updated new format help file in your Animals UK directory and a shortcut to it on your start menu. Non Vista users may also download this file which has a more attractive format and a number of minor text corrections. See also update04.
• Update 03. For version 2.x. Corrects an overlap error in the "Making keys with more than one answer" interactive.
• Update 04. For version 2.x. Updates those interactives with a printing facility (keys and questions) to work with latest versions of Internet Explorer. This update is also needed for Windows Vista.
• Update 05. For versions up to 3.5. Corrects a wing match error for 3 invertebrates.

Please enter the serial number you used to install Animals UK. (In Capitals). This is printed on your Animals UK pack or CD case.
