Invertebrates, Pondlife and Trees UK have audio prompts. We have noticed an intermittent problem with Windows 10 that is not specific to Gatekeeper programs but applies to all .wav format sound files and may be caused by playing other video files.
If the volume of prompts is too low even when the volume is set to high, right click the speaker symbol on the right of the Taskbar, left click Open Volume Mixer, then the Speakers device to open Speakers Properties. On the Enhancements tab select Loudness Equalisation, click the Settings button and move release time towards Long. Click OK and then Apply.

Problems can sometimes occur with Google licensing and with the Google market that are outside our control and are experienced by other providers. If a purchased app says it is not Licensed, clearing the cache or simply trying again the next day will often work. See a list of remedies here.

Given the high cost of devices, it will not usually be economic for us to investigate issues that only occur on certain phone models and we regret that a refund will often be the only available solution in such cases.

Note that a CD contains two backup copies. Navigate to the CD and double click on backupofsetup.exe or backup2ofsetup.exe. Unless your CD is severely damaged, one of these should install as normal.
